| 除外基準 / Exclude criteria | 1) Individuals who regularly receive treatment at medical institutions, osteopathic clinics, or through massage therapy for low back pain or shoulder stiffness. 2) Individuals who have never experienced low back pain, shoulder stiffness, or headaches. 3) Individuals engaged in tasks other than desk work that impose significant load on the lower back. |
