| 介入1 | 2021年7月1日より後で術前より持続性心房細動を有する20歳以上の待機的に僧帽弁形成術または僧帽弁置換術と左房縫縮を施行した10例を対象とし、術前(対照群)と術後(介入群)で左房内の血流を評価する。左房縫縮方法は左心耳を左房側から連続縫合で閉鎖し、その縫合線を僧房弁輪に平行に左房後壁に進める方法とした。評価方法は術前と術後に4D flow MRIもしくは造影CTを撮像し、その画像をもとに左房内の血流を解析し左房内の血流の変化を視覚的に評価する。 解析は株式会社Cardio Flow Designに依頼する。 | |

| 選択基準 / Include criteria | 本施設における2021年7月1日より後で術前より持続性心房細動を有する20歳以上の待機的に僧帽弁形成術または僧帽弁置換術と左房縫縮を施行した10例を対象とする。 | |
| 除外基準 / Exclude criteria | 緊急手術症例、細菌性心内膜炎の症例、循環停止を要する低体温手術、術前カテコラミンあるいはIABP使用例。 | emergency surgery, bacterial endocarditis, surgery with circulatory arrest, cases using IABP or catecholamine preoperatively |
