| 介入1 | 握力を向上させるための最善の方法を検証するために，新聞紙と通常のグリップ強化機器を使用したトレーニングを比較．運動パターン及び生体反応を比較検証．パフォーマンスや怪我の予防，リハビリテーションにより効果的な運動方法を探る．内在筋群の働きが向上にも注目する． | |

| 除外基準 / Exclude criteria | -身体に痛みを持つ者 -日常生活レベルで運動器に支障がある者 -医師から運動の制限を与えられている者 -身体に明らかな(一ヶ月以上のスポーツ活動休止を要する)外傷，障害歴を有するもの | Those who: -have pain -have probelms with daily activities -are prohibited from exercising by doctor -have history of injuries which prevented the person from exercising over a month |
