Intervention(s)	Prophylactic adhesion prevention using TENALEAF along SMA/SMV during minimally invasive right-sided colon cancer surgery.

Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome	Proportion of postoperative ileus/bowel obstruction within 30 days after surgery
Secondary Outcome	1) Proportion of readmissions due to postoperative intra-abdominal adhesions within one year after surgery 2) Proportion of postoperative complications other than ileus/bowel obstruction within 30 days after surgery 3) Time to first flatus and defecation after surgery (days) 4) Postoperative time to resumption of oral intake (days) 5) Postoperative hospital stay

Age minimum	>= 18age old

Include criteria	1) Patients diagnosed as right-sided colon cancer 2) Patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery with lymph node dissection around superior mesenteric vein/artery 3) 18 years old and over 4) ECOG-PS is 0 or 1 5) Written consent to participate in this study
Exclude criteria	1) Emergency surgery cases 2) Cases with preoperative ileus/bowel obstruction 3) Cases with combined resection 4) Cases with allergy or hypersensitivity to gelatin 5)Other cases in which the investigator(s) deems it inappropriate
