Primary OutcomeParameter for retropulsion of hip
Secondary OutcomeRatio of relative time, stride length, step length, stride length Index values for abnormal gait: forefoot contact gait, knee extensor thrust, flexed-knee gait, medial whip, circumduction, excessive hip external rotation, hip hiking, posterior pelvic tilt, excessive lateral shift of the trunk over the unaffected side, insufficient knee flexion during the swing phase, and contralateral vaulting.

Include criteria1. Individuals who have obtained written consent to participate in this study from the individual or his/her surrogate 2. Individuals over 20 years old 3. Individuals with hemiparetic stroke hospitalize at Fujita Health University Hospital who can walk on a treadmil under supervision using the gait training assist robot system. 4.Individuals who are between 140 cm and 190 cm in height and between 35 kg and 100 kg in weight.
Exclude criteria1. Individuals with uncontrolled cardiac or respiratory dysfunction 2. Individuals with a pacemaker device 3. Individuals with lower extremity hemodynamic disturbances that contraindicate exercise therapy 4. Individuals with severe lower limb contractures affecting their walking ability 5. Individuals with easily fractured lower limbs or trunk 6. Individuals with abdominal diseases or surgical history, or increased abdominal pressure that may affect their health Individuals who are pregnant or may be pregnant 5. Individuals who have an infectious disease and require isolation or contact precautions 6, Individuals who are unable to respond to instructions due to severe cognitive impairment 7. Individuals with difficulty wearing robotic legs or robotic orthotics. 8. Other individuals who are deemed inappropriate by the attending physician, principal investigator, or research assistants
