Primary Outcome	18F-fluciclovine uptake Degree uptake of 18F-fluciclovine
Secondary Outcome	Consider pitfalls, including the detection of incidental lesions other than the primary evaluation lesions and accumulation in normal tissues.

Age minimum	>= 20age old

Include criteria	Meet all of the following criteria: (1) Diagnosed with malignant brain tumors (malignant glioma or metastatic brain tumor) histopathologically and have been undergoing radiation therapy, suspicion of recurrent tumor or radiion necrosis post-radiation therapy of malignant brain tumors (2) Ages 20 and over (3) We obtain written consent, keep to the rules for participating in the study, undergone the medical examinations and tests set out in the study implementation plan, and are judged by the principal investigator (subinvestigator) to be able to report any symptoms, etc.
Exclude criteria	Any of the following criteria: (1) Medical history of hypersensitivity to 18F-fluciclovine (2) Principal investigator (subinvestigator) judges to be inappropriate as subjects of this study.
