Include criteria	Healthy volunteers and patients with Alzheimer-type dementia. will be selected based on the following exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of consent acquisition. 2. Individuals for whom written consent has been obtained from the subject (or, in the case of patients, from the subject and their authorized representative).
Exclude criteria	Subjects shall be excluded from the study if they are considered undesirable for the following reasons: 1) Individuals with organic brain disorders (including a history of definite cerebral infarction, Parkinson's disease, or related disorders). 2) Individuals with substance-related disorders (e.g., drug dependence). 3) Individuals with complications from serious diseases, or those with such a history whom the physician serving as the principal investigator deems unsuitable for this study. 4) Pregnant individuals, those who may be pregnant, and breastfeeding individuals. 5) Individuals weighing 80 kg or more. 6) Individuals with alcohol hypersensitivity. 7) Individuals whose living or working environment exposes them to radiation exceeding 10 mSv per year. 8) Students of division of Diagnostic Image Analysis of Tohoku University. 9) Other individuals deemed unsuitable as subjects by the physician serving as the researcher.
