Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome	In cases where retained placenta is suspected by ultrasonography, we will examine whether (1) the correct diagnosis rate increases compared to normal ultrasound findings, and (2) whether differences in contrast density and contrast rate reflect the clinical course such as the amount of bleeding.
Secondary Outcome	Evaluation of safety, including side effects, of ultrasound contrast agent administration to postpartum women

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum	>= 18age old
Age maximum	<= 50age old
Gender	Female
Include criteria	20 puerperal women suspected of retained placenta on ultrasound
Exclude criteria	1) If consent cannot be obtained 2) egg allergy 3) heart disease or lung disease
