Secondary Outcome	Evaluation of side effects and other safety caused by fructooligosaccharide

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum	>= 18age old
Age maximum	< 50age old
Gender	Female
Include criteria	1) Maternal age: 18 years old and over, under 50 years old 2) 50 healthy women without complications 3) 50 pregnant women who are planning to deliver at our department.
Exclude criteria	If not gain consent
