Hintaguchi trial, fostering staff communication on Psychological Safety in a medical context

Intervention(s)For those who responded to the recruitment for "Hinataguchi" recordings, an online interview will be conducted to collect words of praise or admiration for their colleagues, called "Hinataguchi". The collected content will be recorded, and any critical comments about colleagues will be edited. The resulting audio will be created as a "Hinataguchi" sound file. This process will be repeated until comments for as many employees as possible at Okidozen Hospital. Each interview will be saved as an audio file of "Hinataguchi". The audio files will then be shared within Okidozen Hospital using a designated tool, allowing each staff member to listen to the recordings, calling "Hinataguchi intervention".

Include criteria1) We conduct two surveys with individuals who agree to the purpose of the research while working at Okidozen Hospital (Participants listen to recorded interviews between the two surveys). 2) Among those who agree to participate after the research purpose is explained in advance, the interview is done for those who also agree to the recording of Hinataguchi, including positive comments about colleagues.
Exclude criteriaThe director of Okidozen Hospital will be excluded from the survey respondents, since the survey includes questions about the boss. If, during the explanation before the start of the research, any participant expresses their refusal to have comments directed at them in the Hinataguchi recording and playback, their comments will not be included.
