Intervention(s)Intervention Group Participants perform a 10-minute standing exercise program daily (10 minutes at the start of the work shift). The program includes: Lumbar and lower limb stretching Controlled lumbar range of motion exercises Core muscle activation (abdominal bracing) Pelvic alignment control Hip hinge movement training Trunk rotation exercises

Primary OutcomeLow back pain intensity (Numeric Rating Scale) Low back pain-related disability (RDQ-24)
Secondary OutcomeChange in neck and upper limb symptoms measured by Neck Disability Index (NDI) from baseline to 6 months Prevalence of Shoulder stiffness Shoulder stiffness (Numeric Rating Scale) Headache frequency and intensity Prevalence of Low back pain Quality of life (SF-36 or EQ-5D) Work absenteeism

Exclude criteriaHistory of spine surgery Acute spinal disorders Severe neurological impairment Severe musculoskeletal disorders Pregnancy Inability to perform the intervention
