Primary Outcome	Photographic assessment of the scalp based on the Norwood classification Subjective evaluation using a self-administered questionnaire Interview and reporting of adverse effects (e.g., hypertrichosis, edema, headache, palpitations) Blood tests to monitor for adverse effects such as liver dysfunction
Secondary Outcome	subjective symptoms, etc.

Include criteria	<Inclusion Criteria> Patients who meet all of the following criteria will be eligible for the study: Male patients aged 18 years or older who have been diagnosed with androgenetic alopecia classified as Norwood type II to V Individuals with the capacity to provide informed consent Individuals who receive a thorough explanation of the treatment along with the informed consent document and voluntarily provide written consent Individuals deemed by the attending physician to require the treatment
Exclude criteria	<Exclusion Criteria> Patients who meet any of the following conditions will be excluded from the study: Individuals who use narcotics or stimulants Individuals with severe heart disease or poorly controlled hypertension Individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to minoxidil or finasteride Individuals deemed inappropriate by the attending physician
