Intervention(s)	200 ml of the test drink mixed with 100 mg of 13C sodium acetate is ingested. Six types of test drinks are used. Do one type per day, but with a washout period of two days in between.

Primary Outcome	Tmax and T1/2 according to 13C breath test

Age minimum	>= 20age old

Gender	Both
Include criteria	20 volunteers from all faculty and staff members of Shiga Medical University who can participate in the research
Exclude criteria	Those who have diabetes or serious underlying diseases Pregnant and lactating women Those who have a history of stomach or bowel surgery (excluding appendicitis and cholelithiasis) Those who are allergic to milk or dairy products (because the test beverage is a dairy product)
