Intervention(s)	Start of shift (10 min): Upper trapezius stretch (20 sec 2 times per side) Levator scapulae stretch (20 sec 2 times per side) Pain-free cervical ROM (5 repetitions each direction) Scapular rhythmic movement (30 sec 2 times) Scapular setting (5 sec 8times) Deep neck flexor activation (chin tuck) (5 sec 8 times) Thoracic extension mobility (5 sec 6 times) Shoulder clock exercise (3 cycles)

Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome	Change in neck and upper limb symptoms measured by Neck Disability Index (NDI) from baseline to 6 months
Secondary Outcome	Prevalence of Shoulder stiffness Shoulder stiffness (Numeric Rating Scale) Headache frequency and intensity Prevalence of Low back pain Low back pain severity (Numeric Rating Scale) RDQ-24 Quality of life (SF-36 or EQ-5D) Work absenteeism

Include criteria	Nurses or caregivers aged 20 to 65 years Working in hospital or long-term care settings Able to provide written informed consent
Exclude criteria	History of cervical spine surgery Neurological disorders affecting upper limbs Severe musculoskeletal disorders Pregnancy Inability to perform the intervention
