Intervention(s)	Noninvasive repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is delivered to the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and primary motor area in the brain of participants.

Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome	Amelioration of fatigue, general malaise, post-exertional malaise, brain fog, and unrefreshing sleep
Secondary Outcome	Amelioration of pain, muscle weakness, and orthostatic intolerance

Include criteria	Patients with myalgic encephalomyelitus daignosed with ICC2011
Exclude criteria	Patients with serious complications Pregnant or lactating women
