| Include criteria | 1) Healthy adults (men and women aged 30 years or older) who are not suffering from any disease requiring medication prescribed by a physician. 2) Individuals who regularly consume alcohol (at least once per week), regardless of the amount per occasion. 3) Individuals who can provide information regarding their usual alcohol consumption, including amount, type, and frequency. 4) Individuals who have undergone a health checkup within the past year and can provide the results. (The study will be conducted after confirming a weekly drinking habit based on the health checkup results.) 5) Individuals who are able to undergo genetic testing related to alcohol metabolism. 6) Individuals who can refrain from driving (including cars, motorcycles, and bicycles) for at least five hours after the alcohol intake test. 7) Individuals who have provided written informed consent of their own free will after receiving sufficient explanation about the study. |
| Exclude criteria | 1) Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or may be pregnant. 2) Individuals who are hypersensitive or intolerant to alcohol, including those with alcohol allergy, or those who have previously experienced palpitations, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, or gastric discomfort after consuming alcohol . 3) Individuals who develop any illness during the study period. 4) Individuals who are judged by the principal investigator or co-investigators to be unsuitable for participation in the study for any other reason. |
