Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeAssessment of Safety Related to the Examination/Procedure Complications to be monitored include anaphylaxis, vascular or nerve injury, and other adverse events commonly associated with surgical treatment for malignant tumors in routine clinical practice.

Include criteriaPatients diagnosed with cervical cancer or endometrial cancer at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital between the date of iRCT publication and March 31, 2027, who are scheduled to undergo surgical treatment. Age over 20 years at the time of informed consent. Written informed consent was obtained from the patient for participation in the study.
Exclude criteriaPatients in whom preoperative imaging suggests lymph node metastasis. Patients who have received prior treatment such as radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to indocyanine green or iodinated contrast agents. Patients deemed otherwise inappropriate for inclusion in the study at the discretion of the attending physician.
