Include criteria	Patients who meet all of the following criteria will be included. 1) Patients admitted to Yamanashi Prefectural Central Hospital between July 22, 2024 and August 4, 2024 2) Patients aged 40 years or older on the day of admission
Exclude criteria	Patients who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study. 1) Patients admitted to an advanced emergency medical center, obstetrics ward, or ICU ward 2) Patients who are unconscious at the time of admission 3) Patients who are difficult to interview directly at the time of admission due to severe infection, etc. 4) Other patients who the researchers, etc., deem inappropriate as study subjects
