Include criteria	Patients presenting with suspected sexually transmitted infections who have new consented specimens or residual/stored specimens such as urine, vaginal swabs, or cervical swabs.
Exclude criteria	When consent is withdrawn When no residual specimen is available When a request to refuse use for purposes other than the intended purpose is made for the stored specimen
