Primary Outcome	Comparison between conventional predicted postoperative pulmonary function and three-dimensional image based predicted postoperative pulmonary function incorporating emphysematous lung volume
Secondary Outcome	(1) The association between chronic pulmonary diseases (including emphysema, COPD, interstitial pneumonia, and combined pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema) and sarcopenia (2) Analysis of the recovery rate of the residual lung after pulmonary resection (3) The relationship between BNP levels, extent of lung resection, and short- and long-term outcomes after pulmonary resection

Include criteria	All patients undergoing surgical resection for lung cancer (pneumonectomy, lobectomy, segmentectomy, or partial/wedge resection) will be included. Patients aged 18 years or older will be eligible for enrollment.
Exclude criteria	Patients who refuse participation, or those deemed inappropriate for inclusion by the principal investigator or sub-investigators, will be excluded from the study.
