Age minimum	>= 11age old
Age maximum	<= 12age old

Include criteria	(1) The respondents born between April 2, 2009 and April 1, 2014, and their parents/guardians (2) Sixth-graders enrolled in elementary school in Okaya City at the time of the survey and their parents/guardians. (3) Those who agree (6th graders) and consent (parents) to the use of the data obtained from the questionnaire responses and maternal and child health information.
Exclude criteria	Individuals deemed unsuitable as subjects by the principal investigator
