| Intervention(s) | Endoscopic Assisted and Direct Visualization Flexor Tendon Suture Technique Procedure. An endoscope is inserted into the tendon sheath through the injury site to visualize the tendon ends, which are then sutured using a 2-strand technique (Reference 3). The suture threads are pulled to expose the tendon ends outside the wound, followed by a total of 6~8 strand sutures under direct visualization. End to end suturing or fixation using suture anchors or suture buttons is performed. Treatment Duration: Observation for 2 years post-surgery. Location: Fukushima Medical University Hospital or Hama-Kosei Hospital. |
