Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum	>= 20age old
Age maximum	< 60age old
Gender	Both
Include criteria	This program is for healthy individuals who meet the following criteria: * No functional impairments in the limbs. * No motor impairments related to walking. * No cardiopulmonary impairments. * No skin sensitivity, such as those that do not develop rashes from adhesive bandages, etc.
Exclude criteria	- If you have a pre-existing condition affecting your cardiopulmonary function, such as taking medication. - If you are not covered by insurance.
