| Study type | Interventional |
| Intervention(s) | 3 hours of driving using a driving simulator (BeamNG) or resting for the same duration. - Group 1 (Neutral): Driving in a neutral posture with the elbows flexed at 35 to 45 degrees. - Group 2 (Distant): Driving in a distant posture with the elbows flexed at 1 to 10 degrees, positioned at a distance from the steering wheel. - Group 3 (Control): Spending 3 hours in a seated position without driving. |
Outcome(s)
| Primary Outcome | Ultrasound image of tendon thickness (mm): measured at three points 5mm, 10mm, and 15mm from the tendon insertion |
|---|---|
| Secondary Outcome | - Tendon internal structure (peak spatial frequency radius PSFR) - Rating of percieved exertion RPE (Borg Scale) |
