Intervention(s)	Participants in the intervention group will receive the implementation of the "New (Awareness-Based) Health Screening Program" and health education. This includes immediate feedback from a comprehensive health screening covering metabolic syndrome, locomotive syndrome, oral health, and mental health, as well as the continuous provision of health-related information.

Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome	Improvement in health literacy, behavioral change, enhancement of health indicators related to metabolic syndrome, locomotive syndrome, oral health, and mental health.
Secondary Outcome	Reduction of healthcare costs

Include criteria	Employees aged 20 and older working at companies in Aomori Prefecture. Individuals who fully understand the purpose and details of this study and have provided consent to participate. Individuals who have undergone a company-sponsored health checkup or an external health examination. Individuals willing to utilize their health screening results and participate in the health education and follow-up program.
