Intervention(s)	1.Participants will not be assigned to a single groupand the intervention will be conducted in a single group. 2.Participants will be paired in groups of four to six to conduct a workshop on "envisioning the future in the age of 100 years of life" regarding their own way of living and working. Workshop content 1.Attend seminar 2.Workshop (group work in 3 steps) STEP1: Reflect on your life to date and share your life story with other participants STEP2: Become aware of your values from the three perspectives of "society," "individuality," and "life," and reflect on what you want to value in your future life STEP3: Understand your own "transformational assets (your invisible assets that you have stocked in your life)" through assessment tools and declare your small steps. 3. After registration, participants select an opportunity to experience local community activities or volunteer work taking place in the surrounding area and participate in an activity of their choice. Participants must choose one activity from multiple options (ranging from one day to several days), such as beach cleanups or local event management, based on their preferences. 4.After completing the local community activities, participants will participate in a follow-up program to share their experiences and plan specific activities for the future.
